Any product purchased directly from Catalfumo Global Distributors LLC must be returned within 7 days of purchase in new and unused condition to insure a net credit less any and all shipping and restocking fees. Prior to return, customer must contact our Customer Service Center to obtain a RMA # (Returns Merchandise Authorization) to authorize the return. Product must be returned in its original packaging, postage prepaid by the customer. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories as directed by the Customer Service Center. A restocking fee of 15% will apply. We will process your net credit to the credit card used for the purchase within 7 business days after return has been accepted. Any damages or excessive wear and tear to the product will be deducted from the refund. The RMA # must be clearly marked on the box to be accepted.
