Is the WingFlyer a good product for all ages?
The WingFlyer is a great product for ages 8 and up.  Our Z100 is designed specifically for ages 8-12 featuring a shorter handle bar height and bright colors. Our Z150 features a handle bar that adjusts to three different height levels to insure that quickly growing kids have a long term fit and that adults will be very comfortable flying as well!  Safety gear, especially helmets, is strongly encouraged for all ages.

What's the difference between the Z100 and the Z150 - they look the same on the website.
Both current models of the WingFlyer have a rugged steel frame, air-filled tube tires on oversized wheels, and right handle brake controls.  The Z100 has a rear band brake while the Z150 has a rear high-caliber disc brake.  The Z100 has a handle bar that lifts out of the base for easy transportation while the Z150 has a patented folding hinge that allows the entire stem to fold down.  The Z100 has sturdy plastic wheels and the Z150 has aluminum alloy wheels.  Finally, the hand grips on the Z100 are foam and those on the Z150 are rubber.

Is the WingFlyer easy to use?
The WingFlyer is very easy to use.  Simply place one foot on the lowest pedal, push off the ground once or twice with the other foot, and begin to pedal.  The faster you pedal, the smoother your flight!  Gently squeeze the right hand control to active your brakes when needed.

Is the WingFlyer a good workout?
The WingFlyer is not only a good workout, it's a fun workout which means you'll do it more often!  You'll quickly feel the work in your quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings, and the cardio will certainly make you sweat!

Is there a store I can visit to try the Wingflyer and purchase it in person?
Yes! The WingFlyer Store is located in Singer Island, Florida where they showcase the full WingFlyer line of models, accessories and clothes.

Is there a WingFlyer Service Center?

What is the warranty for the WingFlyer?
WingFlyer warrants to the first retail purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This Limited Warranty, as well as any implied warranty, shall expire twelve (12) months from the date of the initial retail purchase.

Is there a weight restriction for the WingFlyer?
The Z100 is recommended for weights up to 160 pounds.  The Z150 is recommended for weights up to 220 pounds.
